Report an issue on mobile: damaged goods, wrong stock, anything odd
From WMS mobile, report a problem with or without a task, add a photo, and be sure it is saved — the "Reported!" confirmation means it reached the system.
When to use it#
Use Report Issue whenever something on the floor does not match the system: damaged cartons, a location that holds different goods than shown, a leaking pallet, a blocked aisle. If the problem belongs to a task you are working on, link the task. If it is just something you spotted while walking by, report it without a task — it is still saved in the system.
How to report (mobile)#
1. Open WMS on your phone and tap Report Issue. 2. (Optional) pick the related task — leave it on "No task" if there is none. 3. Describe the problem in plain words: what, where, how many. 4. Add a photo if it helps — a picture of the damage is worth a paragraph. 5. Tap Submit. When you see "Reported!", the report is saved.
If submitting fails#
If you see "Could not save. Please check your network and try again.", the report was NOT saved — but what you typed and the photo are still on the screen, nothing is lost. Check your connection and tap Submit again. Only the "Reported!" message means the report reached the system.
After you report: where to find it#
On your computer: open WMS → Task Monitor and switch to the "Issue reports" tab. Every report is listed there — time, warehouse, reporter, description, status and photo count. Click any row to open the details and view the photos full-size, and use the filters to narrow the list by status or warehouse. Photos attached to sorting exceptions can also be reviewed later on the desktop sorting page (exception items area) and on the mobile sorting exception page.
