KPIs and exports
The KPI library: 50 ready-made KPIs with definitions and industry benchmarks. How the unified query engine keeps every number consistent, and how exports work — export is a separate permission.
This page is about the numbers themselves. The KPI library gives you 50 ready-made indicators — each with a plain-words definition and an industry benchmark — so you never start from a blank page. And behind everything, one query engine makes sure a number means the same thing in the Builder, on a dashboard, and in the KPI library.
The KPI library: 50 ready-made indicators#
Open the KPI library from the Overview tab. Indicators are grouped by module (warehousing, people, equipment…) with a search box on top. A few examples of what’s inside:
- Picking accuracy: share of order lines picked without error — benchmark ≥99.5%.
- On-time shipment rate: share of shipments leaving the warehouse on time.
- Inventory turnover: how many times inventory is sold and replaced in a period — benchmark >4x.
- Dock-to-stock time: hours from dock arrival to putaway — benchmark <24h.
- Attendance rate: share of scheduled shifts actually worked — benchmark >97%.
- Asset uptime: share of time assets are available for use — benchmark >95%.
- Open the KPI library and filter by module or search by name.
- Each card shows the name, the formula definition, and the industry benchmark.
- Click a card for the full definition: the plain-words explanation (in all six languages), the formula, the benchmark, and the time grain.
The KPI overview on the home page#
The top of the Overview tab is the KPI overview: the first 6 indicators from the library, each showing its name, module and industry benchmark. Live values are still being wired up, so cards show “No data yet” for now — the page isn’t broken; the numbers will appear here once the live engine is connected.
The unified query engine: the same scale for every number#
Whether you build a report in the Builder, look at a dashboard chart, or read a KPI definition, the query goes through the same engine with the same definition. So the same number never shows up as two different values in two places. If you ever doubt a definition, look it up in the KPI library — that definition is what the system actually computes.
Read the trend#
On dashboard charts and report results, a line going up means the number is rising; going down means it’s falling. Read related numbers together: orders rising while pending picks also rise means picking pressure is building — worth a look before it hurts deliveries. And each KPI card carries its industry benchmark, so you can see at a glance how far you are from the industry level.

Export what you need#
Export is a separate permission — being able to view does NOT mean you can export. Export in the new Analytics pages is rolling out gradually: when you see an Export button on a report or view, the download covers exactly the data on screen under your current filters.
