MyGPT is a ChatGPT-style assistant built into the platform: a three-pane layout (conversation list, messages, input with file upload) that answers questions by calling read-only tools against your tenant’s data. The model never sees your organization id — it is injected server-side, so answers are always scoped to your tenant.
What you can ask today#
- Orders — "show this week’s unshipped orders".
- Inventory — "how much stock of SKU X is available".
- Shipments, tickets, and KPIs — the same five read-only tools power every question.
- Every conversation is metered: token usage is logged per tenant and billed against AI token packages.
Ground rules#
- Read-only: it can query and generate reports, never change data.
- Conversations, messages, and attachments are stored per tenant with organization isolation.
The long-term vision is a "business command center" where MyGPT can also take actions with your confirmation — that is still in design; today it answers questions only.
