Ask Rollie: the in-app help chat
Open the Rollie chat from the corner of any page: get instant answers with sources, attach files or a view of your screen, and hand over to a person when you need one.
Rollie is Docklify’s support assistant. Open the chat from the entry in the bottom corner of the app and just type your question — how to receive, put away, pick, ship, connect a channel, and so on. Most answers come back right away, and when an answer is based on a help page you will see the source under the message: click it to read the full page.
Show, don’t just tell#
- Attach a file — click the paperclip, paste a screenshot, or drag a file into the chat (images, PDF, text/log files, spreadsheets; up to 10 MB each). Error screenshots help a lot.
- Share what you see — the “Show support my current screen” button takes a picture of the page you are on, inside Docklify only. You always see the picture and a short summary first, and nothing is sent until you press Send. If the page had just shown an error, the chat may gently suggest sending the view — it never sends anything on its own.
- Ask for a person — tap “Have a specialist dig in”, confirm once, and your conversation becomes a support ticket that Rollie picks up. Replies keep appearing in the same chat; you can also follow the ticket under Tickets.
