Connect Wish: pull orders in, push fulfillment out

Last updated 2026-11-01

Get a Wish Merchant OAuth2 access token, paste it plus the API base URL into Integration, test, map, activate — orders flow in and fulfillment, products, and inventory flow back.

The Wish connector pulls orders from your Wish shop into OMS, and pushes fulfillment back to Wish. It can also push products and inventory, so listings, stock, and shipping stay in sync on both sides.

Wish connection steps: token first, then test, then mapping, then activate.

Prerequisites#

  • A Wish merchant shop, with sign-in access to the Wish Merchant account for that shop.
  • Ability to complete the Wish Merchant OAuth2 authorization for that shop — the access token is obtained through that authorization.
  • Know which API base URL applies to your shop before you start: the default address, the China address, or the sandbox address for testing. The exact addresses are listed in the Fill it into Integration step.

Get your credentials#

  1. Sign in to the Wish Merchant account for the shop you want to connect, and complete the OAuth2 authorization for that shop. Make sure you are signed in to the right shop before you authorize — a token authorized for a different shop will not match this connection.
  2. Copy the access token obtained after the authorization. This is the Wish Merchant OAuth2 access token — you will paste it into the Access token field in Integration.
  3. Note the date you obtained the token: it is valid for 30 days. When it expires, complete the OAuth2 authorization again to get a new token and update the connection.

Fill it into Integration#

  1. Open Integration → Connector Marketplace → Wish → New connection.
  2. API base URL: fill in the address for your shop. Default: https://merchant.wish.com/api/v2 . China: https://china-merchant.wish.com/api/v2 . Sandbox: https://sandbox.merchant.wish.com/api/v2 . Use the sandbox address only for testing, and change it to the default or China address before you go live.
  3. Access token — required: paste the Wish Merchant OAuth2 access token you obtained in the previous step. It is valid for 30 days and is encrypted at rest and never echoed back.

Test the connection#

Click Test connection. The test checks the API base URL and the access token together, then shows a document-level preview with one real order so you can see platform fields next to the standard order. If the shop has no orders yet, place a test order in Wish first — the preview needs one real document. If the test fails, note the error and check the FAQ below before changing anything else.

Mapping / pick a template#

Pick the Wish standard template. It maps order number, line SKUs, quantities, ship-to address, and fulfillment status. Check the mapping preview with one real order before activating — especially that every Wish SKU is paired to an OMS product, so orders, products, and inventory line up on both sides.

Wish order round-trip: orders in, fulfillment, products, and inventory back.

Activate#

After activation, Integration pulls new orders on the schedule you set, pushes fulfillment with tracking numbers back to Wish, and pushes product and inventory changes to Wish. Keep an eye on the access token expiry date — it is valid for 30 days, so renew it before it expires to keep orders flowing. Watch the first few orders in Runs / Logs before trusting it unattended.

FAQ#

Test fails: the access token is wrong or expired

The access token in the connection does not work. It was copied incompletely or with an extra space, it belongs to an older authorization, or its 30 days have run out, so Wish refuses the call.

Complete the Wish Merchant OAuth2 authorization for the same shop again, copy the new access token exactly as obtained, replace the Access token field without extra spaces, check that the API base URL matches your shop, and test again.

You authorized a different shop

The token works, but it was authorized while signed in to a different Wish shop. The connection is therefore talking to that other shop, so this shop’s orders do not appear — or orders from the other shop do.

Sign in to the Wish Merchant account for the shop this connection is for, complete the OAuth2 authorization again, replace the Access token with the new token from that shop, and test again. Use one connection per shop — do not share one token across shops.

Connected but no orders are pulled in

The connection itself is fine. The shop simply has no new orders in the pull range, so there is nothing to import yet.

Place a test order in your Wish shop, check that its time falls inside the pull range, then run a manual pull and confirm the order appears in the preview or in Runs / Logs.
