Academy turns Docklify training into something you can do on your phone between tasks. Each course covers one system (WMS receiving, WMS outbound, OMS basics…) with short videos, the matching help docs, and hands-on key points. Finish the lessons, take the exam, and the AI grades you on the spot.

The loop: learn → exam → certificate → badge#

1) Enroll in a course from the course list. 2) Go through each lesson (video / doc / key points) and mark them done. 3) Take the exam — 20 AI-generated questions (multiple choice, true/false and short answer), 80 to pass. 4) Pass and you get a congratulations page, a printable certificate (valid 1 year), and a badge on your employee profile. Your skills matrix gets an "certified" stamp automatically.

Job requirements: managers set required courses#

Managers can say "Warehouse Operators must pass WMS Basics / Receiving / Outbound within 30 days of hire." Each employee sees their required courses with deadlines on "My Learning" — overdue ones turn red. The team dashboard shows who is behind, so no one slips through.
