Sales reports: performance, funnel, export

Last updated 2026-10-15

Two tabs: Performance (won revenue, won deals, win rate, avg deal size, 12-month trend, breakdowns by salesperson and by lead source) and Funnel analysis (per-stage entered counts and conversion). One click exports the numbers to CSV or Excel.

Open Reports and pick a period — this month, this quarter or this year. The Performance tab answers "how are we doing": the headline numbers, where the revenue came from, and who closed it. The Funnel analysis tab answers "where do deals die": how many deals entered each stage and what share moved on.

Performance tab#

  • Headline cards: Won revenue, Won deals, Open deals (still in the pipeline), Win rate and Avg deal size.
  • Monthly won revenue (last 12 months) — the trend line that shows whether you are growing or coasting.
  • By salesperson and By lead source — two tables showing who closed what and which channel paid off. Unassigned deals get their own "Unassigned" row so nothing hides.

Funnel analysis tab#

  • Each pipeline stage shows how many deals entered it and the conversion rate to the next stage.
  • Read it like a doctor: a cliff between two stages means the handoff is broken — fix the stage, not the salespeople.

Export#

  • "Export CSV" and "Export Excel" buttons sit on the report — the file contains exactly the numbers on screen for the chosen period.
Compare "By lead source" across two quarters before you sign next year's marketing budget — the table already did the math.
