Gift services: gift wrap, gift message and greeting cards

Mark orders as gifts, print gift messages, and configure per-client print and billing modes.

When an order is marked as a gift, the packing station shows a 🎁 badge with the gift message and wrap type. Print the gift card from the packing bench — either as a separate card or merged into the packing slip, depending on the client configuration.

Gift wrap billing follows the client-level charge mode: per order or per item. Seasonal wrap uses a separate billing item so you can set a holiday surcharge.
