Badges: your certificates, shown on your profile

Last updated 2026-10-15

Every course you pass adds a badge to your employee profile — a visible record of what you’re certified in. Passing also stamps the matching skills as certified in your skills matrix.

A badge is the visible side of a certificate. Pass an exam, get the certificate, and a badge appears on your employee profile automatically — no extra steps. Open anyone’s profile and you can see at a glance which courses they’re certified in: WMS Receiving, OMS Basics, and so on.

Skills matrix: the "certified" stamp#

Each course is linked to skills in the skills matrix. When you pass the exam, those skills get a "certified" stamp with the certificate number and its expiry date — so when a manager checks who can do what, they see proof, not just a self-reported level.

When a certificate expires#

  • Certificates last 1 year. After expiry, the badge no longer counts as valid proof until you renew.
  • Retake the exam to renew — a new certificate keeps the badge valid for another year.
Up for a new role or a promotion? Your badges are the fastest proof — no need to dig up old training records.
