Connect Lowe's: pull orders in, push fulfillment out
Find the Mirakl API base URL in your Lowe's Mirakl Seller Portal API documentation, copy your API Key from username → API Key, paste both into Integration, test, map, activate — orders flow in and fulfillment flows back.
The Lowe's connector pulls orders from your Lowe's marketplace shop into OMS through Mirakl, and pushes fulfillment back to Lowe's. It can also push product and inventory updates out, so orders, shipping, and stock stay in sync on both sides. One connection points at one Lowe's Mirakl environment — the API base URL and the API Key must belong to that same environment.
Prerequisites#
- A Lowe's marketplace seller account, with access to the Lowe's Mirakl Seller Portal for that shop.
- Permission in the Mirakl Seller Portal to view the API documentation and to generate an API Key for your user — the connector signs in with that key.
- Your own Lowe's Mirakl environment ready to copy from: the API base URL is specific to your environment and is not the same for every Mirakl marketplace, so do not borrow an address from another Mirakl shop.
Get your credentials#
- Sign in to the Lowe's Mirakl Seller Portal and open the API documentation for your seller portal. Find the API root URL there — it looks like https://<your-env>/api. Copy the full address exactly as shown for your environment.
- In the same Seller Portal, click your username at the top right, then open API Key.
- On the API Key page, choose Generate New Key if you do not have a key yet, or Copy to copy the key you already have. Keep the key somewhere safe — you will paste it into Integration in the next step, and it is sent as the Authorization header value on every request.
Fill it into Integration#
- Open Integration → Connector Marketplace → Lowe's → New connection.
- Mirakl API base URL: paste the API root URL you found in the API documentation of your Lowe's Mirakl Seller Portal, for example https://<your-env>/api. Paste the address for your own Lowe's environment only — an address from a different Mirakl instance will reach the wrong marketplace, even if the format looks right.
- API key: paste the API Key you copied from Lowe's Mirakl Seller Portal → your username (top right) → API Key. This field is required, it is sent as the Authorization header value, and it is encrypted at rest and never echoed back.
Test the connection#
Click Test connection. The test uses the Mirakl API base URL and the API Key you filled in to reach your Lowe's Mirakl environment and check that the key is accepted as the Authorization header. A pass means the address reached the right environment and the key works. If it fails, note the error and check the FAQ below before changing anything else — most failures come from the key or from the base URL pointing at the wrong Mirakl instance.
Mapping / pick a template#
Pick the Lowe's standard template. It maps order number, line SKUs, quantities, ship-to address, and fulfillment status between Lowe's (Mirakl) and the standard order, and it carries the product and inventory fields used when updates are pushed out. Check the mapping preview before activating, especially that each Lowe's SKU is paired to the right OMS product.
Activate#
After activation, Integration pulls new Lowe's orders on the schedule you set, pushes fulfillment with tracking numbers back to Lowe's, and pushes product and inventory updates out. Watch the first few orders in Runs / Logs before trusting it unattended.
FAQ#
Test fails: the API Key is not accepted
The API Key in the connection is wrong or no longer valid — for example it was copied incompletely, it belongs to a different user, or a new key was generated and the old one in the connection is no longer the current one. Because the key is sent as the Authorization header on every request, Mirakl rejects every request at the door when it does not recognize the key.
Go to the Lowe's Mirakl Seller Portal, click your username at the top right → API Key, and copy the current key in full — or choose Generate New Key if you need a new one — then paste it into the API key field in the connection. Save and test again.
Test fails or reaches the wrong shop: the Mirakl base URL is wrong
The Mirakl API base URL field holds an address that does not belong to your Lowe's environment. The most common cause is pasting the address of a different Mirakl instance — another marketplace or another environment that also runs on Mirakl. That address can look perfectly valid, but it points at a different place, so your Lowe's API Key does not match there and the test cannot reach your Lowe's shop.
Go to the Lowe's Mirakl Seller Portal and open the API documentation for your seller portal again. Copy the API root URL shown there for your environment — it looks like https://<your-env>/api — replace the Mirakl API base URL in the connection with that exact address, save, and test again. Do not reuse an address copied from another Mirakl shop.
Connected but no orders come in
The connection itself is fine — testing passes — but your Lowe's shop has no new orders yet, so there is nothing to pull.
Check the Lowe's Mirakl Seller Portal first to confirm whether a new order has actually been issued for your shop. If it has, run a manual pull and check Runs / Logs. If the portal shows no new order either, wait for the next customer order — new orders appear in Integration once Lowe's has issued them.
