CRM: leads, deals, and the sales pipeline
Track leads, companies, contacts, and deals on a drag-and-drop board; convert won deals into OMS orders.
CRM keeps the sell side organized: leads come in, become companies and contacts, deals move across a kanban board through customizable stages, and activities (calls, meetings, notes, tasks) record every touch. It is a record-keeping CRM — follow-up automation is not part of it.
Core workflow in 4 steps#
- Create the lead (company name, contact, email, phone, source, industry, tags); move it new → contacted → qualified.
- Convert a qualified lead into a company + primary contact with one click.
- Create the deal (amount, currency, stage, win probability, expected close date, line items) and drag it across the board; lost deals ask for a reason.
- Convert a won deal into an OMS sales order — the handoff from selling to fulfillment.
What it does not do#
- No sending emails, no email sequences, no workflow rules, no lead scoring — activities record that a call/email happened; they do not send anything.
- No mobile CRM pages yet — CRM is desktop only.
