Courses: one course per system, learn at your own pace

Each Docklify system has its own course with videos, readings and key points. Filter by system and level, enroll, and work through the lessons one by one — finishing unlocks the exam.

Academy organizes training by system: one course for WMS, one for OMS, one for TMS, and so on. Each course is a stack of short lessons in three formats — video, reading, and key points. Learn on your phone between tasks; your progress is saved automatically.

Pick a course: filter by system and level#

• System filter: WMS, OMS, TMS, YMS, Drayage, Last Mile, RMS, CRM, Accounting, Purchase, Documents, General — tap a chip to see only that system’s courses.
• Level filter: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. New hires start with Beginner.
• Each course card shows the estimated minutes and how many people are learning it. Tap a card for the syllabus, then enroll.

Learn: one lesson at a time#

1. Open the course and go to "My learning" → "Continue" to enter the learning page.
2. Each lesson is one of three kinds: Video (plays right on the page), Reading (plain text to read), or Key points (a green-check checklist of the must-knows).
3. The top of the page shows "Lesson N of M" and a progress bar. Tap the numbered buttons to jump between lessons.
4. At the bottom, tap "Mark complete & next" to move on. On the last lesson it says "Finish this course" — tap it, and the "Take the exam" button appears.
