Control Tower: KPIs, live map, and exception stream
The dispatcher’s morning screen: six KPI cards, a live driver map, a red/yellow exception feed, and today’s route list.
Control Tower answers three questions at a glance: how many orders today, is everything on track, and where is the fire. Six KPI cards sit on top — Today’s orders, Pending routing, In transit, On-time rate, Exceptions (red when > 0), and Driver attendance. Click any card to drill into the matching list.
Live map#
All on-duty drivers appear as moving dots with name tags. Click a dot for a driver card: current route, completed/remaining progress bar, and vehicle. Toggle layers for drivers, completed stops (green), pending stops (blue), and exception stops (flashing red).
Exception stream#
Exceptions arrive in real time, red for urgent (late delivery, vehicle breakdown) and yellow for warnings (customer unreachable, route deviation — auto-replanned). Click an alert to jump to exception handling; [Reassign] opens emergency reassignment.
Today’s routes#
Each route shows a progress bar (12/15 stops), status pill, and [Track] / [Re-route] buttons. [Re-route] opens Routing Center with that route pre-loaded.
