User Manual
User Manual
Every feature of every app, explained step by step in logical order.
Receiving: from inbound receipt to putaway
Create inbound receipts, choose a receiving mode, and receive by pallet or direct — with variance confirmation and label printing.
Putaway: locations, moves, and exceptions
How Docklify merges putaway into receiving, and how to move inventory afterwards — by pallet or by product — plus exception rules.
Inventory: inquiry, adjustments, counts, and transfers
Look up stock on desktop and mobile, post direct adjustments, run cycle counts (including ABC auto-counts), and move stock between warehouses.
Picking: waves, pick tasks, and PICK-STAGE
Release waves (manual or scheduled), generate pick tasks per order, and execute step-by-step on the phone — including partial picks, skips and shorts.
Packing & shipping: the shipping station
Scan to pull up orders at the shipping station, pack-verify every item, split into packages or ship as-is, print shipping labels, and confirm dispatch.
Pallets & LPN management
The WMS → Pallets page: batch-generate LPNs, build pallets during receiving, use factory labels, and print pallet labels.
Mobile operations: scan to receive, pick, move, and print
Task center, scan-based receiving (with offload recording), scan-based picking, inventory moves, counts, replenishment execution, and cloud printing.
Device Hub: install, pair, and print
The on-premise bridge between browser apps and warehouse hardware: install on the workstation, pair once, connect printers/scales, and watch the print queue in the print center.
3PL billing primer
The billing chain — charge items → rate sheets → merchant billing rules → statements — and the current gaps (manual quantities, no statement UI yet).
OMS overview: the order lifecycle
What OMS does, the two fulfillment modes, and how an order moves from draft to delivered.
Creating orders: manual, import, channels, portal, CRM
The five ways an order enters OMS, required fields, the import template, and draft editing rules.
Review, approval and allocation
Submit → approve with ATP check → allocate: the path from draft to a releasable order.
Release and fulfillment: push to WMS or ship standalone
Release action, push-to-WMS, split and multi-warehouse dispatch, standalone shipping, packing lists and labels.
Exceptions: cancel, edit, and after-sales (RMA)
Which orders can be cancelled or edited, batch cancel, and the RMA return flow.
OMS ↔ WMS: inventory source, push, ship-back, and tracking sync
How the two apps talk: inventory source resolution, idempotent push-to-WMS, WMS ship callbacks, and channel tracking sync.
