Usage and Credit: See What You Have Used and Top Up Before You Run Out

Last updated 2026-11-01

The Usage section on Admin → Billing shows this period’s SMS, AI, storage and order usage, the Credit each one consumed, and your wallet — monthly allowance plus purchased balance — with a daily average, a forecast and an expected run-out date, plus Credit packs you can request in a few clicks.

Everything metered — SMS messages, AI usage and storage — is settled in one currency: Credit. Your wallet holds two balances: a monthly allowance included in your plan, which resets at the start of each period and does not roll over, and any Credit you buy, which stays valid for 12 months. The Usage section at the bottom of Admin → Billing keeps score for the current period in both the original units (messages, tokens, GB) and Credit, and forecasts whether your balance will last. Orders count against your plan’s order allowance, and plan limits such as warehouses, clients, stores and users are tracked separately — those are never paid in Credit. Only Owner and Admin roles can open this page.

Step 1: Read your usage cards#

  1. Open Admin → Billing (/admin/billing) and scroll to Usage. One card per resource shows how much you used in its own units and how many Credit it cost. The wallet card shows your monthly allowance left and your purchased balance with its nearest expiry date. Bars turn yellow at 80% and red when a balance is used up.
  2. Under each card you see the daily average, the forecast for this period and — when the balance will not last — the expected run-out date. The small bars are the last 30 days, so you can spot a busy stretch at a glance. AI usage is charged by the actual tokens each action used, so the Credit figure you see is the real amount after the fact, never a fixed price per action.
  3. Storage is charged by the GB you hold each day, added up over the month — the card shows your current storage and this period’s accumulated charge. The Plan limits line shows warehouses/sites, clients, store connections and users against your plan; those limits are part of your plan, not of your Credit wallet.

Step 2: Act on a suggestion#

When the forecast says your balance will run out this period, a suggestion card appears with the smallest Credit pack that covers the gap and roughly how many days it will last. If you have been running over steadily, the card also compares buying Credit against upgrading your plan, and marks the cheaper option. A one-off busy spike only ever suggests a pack, never an upgrade. Tap Dismiss if you do not need it: suggestions then stay quiet for the rest of the period, except a final heads-up if you actually go over.

Step 3: Buy more Credit#

  1. Pick a pack in the Credit packs list (or from a suggestion card) and tap "Request this pack". There are three packs: $10 for 1,000 Credit, $49 for 5,500 and $99 for 12,000. Purchased Credit stays valid for 12 months and is spent only after your monthly allowance, oldest first.
  2. Online payment is not available yet, so nothing is charged and nothing is added at this step: your request lands in Your requests as "Pending activation", and our team will contact you to confirm payment and add the Credit. Once activated, the Credit shows in your wallet right away.
  3. If your balance does reach zero, nothing stops outright and no data is ever deleted: SMS fall back to in-app notifications, non-essential AI features pause (key tasks keep working on a lower-cost setting), and storage becomes read-only until you top up. Everything returns to normal as soon as Credit is added.
  4. Tip: the Refresh usage button re-reads the latest numbers on demand — handy right after a busy day or after a Credit activation.
