Deviation re-planning: like Google Maps for your route

When a driver leaves the planned path, the system re-optimizes from the live GPS position — completed stops stay locked.

Deviation is detected when the driver stays > 500 m off the planned path for 2 minutes (filters out gas-station detours). The engine then re-plans only the remaining stops from the driver’s current position — completed stops are locked. Small changes apply automatically; big ones ask the driver to [Accept new route] with voice + vibration.

If the new plan predicts a late delivery, dispatch is alerted immediately (“#LMD-0881 will be 25 min late — consider reassigning”). Three consecutive deviations page a human dispatcher.
