Claim Your Warehouse on Yardor

Your facility may already be listed in the Yardor directory. Claim it to take ownership of the page and open your free Yardor workspace.

Yardor is a free public dock appointment directory. Many warehouses are already listed from public sources — those pages are marked “Information from public sources, not yet confirmed by the warehouse.” If one of them is yours, claim it: claiming confirms you operate the facility, lets you correct and publish your own information, and opens your free Yardor workspace for dock appointments.

Step 1: Find your listing and start the claim#

1. Go to the Yardor directory (yardor.com → Warehouses) and search by your facility name, city, or ZIP code.
2. Open your facility page and click “Is this your warehouse? Claim it.”
3. Sign in or create your Yardor account, then fill in your name and contact details and start the claim.

Step 2: Verify that the facility is yours#

To prevent anyone from claiming someone else’s warehouse, every claim needs one verification. Choose either way:

• Phone check: we call back — or send a code to — the public phone number shown on the listing. Have access to that phone when you start.
• Business email check: use an email address at your company’s own domain (for example, name@yourcompany.com). We send a verification link to that address; open it to complete the check. Personal mailbox domains (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) do not work for this option.

As soon as verification passes, your claim is approved: the listing is linked to your account, the “not yet confirmed” mark is removed, and your free Yardor workspace is created with this facility in it.

If verification does not pass#

• Expired code or link: start the verification again from your claim — a fresh code or link will be issued.
• Someone else has already claimed — or is claiming — the same facility: your claim goes to our team for a manual review instead of being rejected outright. Keep proof handy that you operate the facility (for example, a business document or utility bill showing the facility address).
• Still stuck? Contact Yardor support through the Help Center and mention your facility name and city — we will pick up your claim from there.
