Connect Best Buy: pull orders in, push fulfillment out

Last updated 2026-11-01

Copy your API Key from Best Buy Mirakl Seller Portal, paste it into Integration, test, map, activate — orders flow in and fulfillment, product and inventory updates flow back.

The Best Buy connector pulls orders from Best Buy into OMS, and pushes fulfillment back to Best Buy, along with product and inventory updates. One connection uses one API Key.

Best Buy connection steps: credentials first, then test, then mapping, then activate.

Prerequisites#

  • A Best Buy seller account that can sign in to Best Buy Mirakl Seller Portal.
  • Permission to open the API Key page from your username at the top right of that portal.
  • Someone who can keep the API Key safe — you will need the full key again if you reconnect or replace it.

Get your credentials#

  1. Sign in to Best Buy Mirakl Seller Portal and click your username at the top right.
  2. Open API Key from that menu.
  3. Click Generate / Copy and copy the full API Key. If no key is there yet, generate one first, then copy it.

Fill it into Integration#

  1. Open Integration → Connector Marketplace → Best Buy → New connection.
  2. API key: paste the API Key you copied from Best Buy Mirakl Seller Portal. This is the only credential field and it is required. It is encrypted at rest and never echoed back.

Test the connection#

Click Test connection. The test uses your API Key to pull one page of orders from Best Buy and check that the key works. A pass means Best Buy accepted the key and returned that page of orders. If it fails, note the error and check the FAQ below before changing anything else.

Mapping / pick a template#

Pick the Best Buy standard template. It maps order number, line SKUs, quantities, ship-to address, and fulfillment status between Best Buy and the standard order. Check the mapping preview before activating, especially that each Best Buy SKU is paired to the right OMS product.

Best Buy order round-trip: orders in, fulfillment, product and inventory updates back.

Activate#

After activation, Integration pulls new Best Buy orders on the schedule you set, pushes fulfillment back to Best Buy, and pushes product and inventory updates out. Watch the first few orders in Runs / Logs before trusting it unattended.

FAQ#

Test fails: the API Key is rejected

The API Key is wrong, or it has been revoked, so Best Buy will not accept it when the test pulls a page of orders.

Generate a new API Key in Best Buy Mirakl Seller Portal → your username (top right) → API Key → Generate / Copy, paste the new full key into the connection, save, and test again.

Test fails right after pasting the key

The key was copied incompletely — part of it is missing, so the pasted value does not match the API Key in Best Buy Mirakl Seller Portal.

Go back to Best Buy Mirakl Seller Portal → your username (top right) → API Key → Copy, copy the key again in full, replace the value in the connection, save, and test again.

Connected but no orders come in

The connection itself is fine — testing passes — but Best Buy has no new orders for your account yet, so there is nothing to pull.

Confirm in Best Buy Mirakl Seller Portal that a new order has appeared, then run a manual pull and check Runs / Logs. New orders show up once Best Buy has issued them.

SKUs show as unmapped

The channel SKU is not paired with a product in OMS yet, so orders carrying that SKU cannot be matched to a product.

Open the pending tab in Product Mapping and pair each channel SKU to an OMS product, then check the next pulled order in Runs / Logs.
