Connect TikTok Shop: pull orders in, push fulfillment out
Copy your App Key and App Secret from TikTok Shop Partner Center, authorize your shop to get an access token, paste everything into Integration, test, map, activate — orders flow in, fulfillment and inventory flow back.
The TikTok Shop connector pulls orders from your TikTok Shop into OMS, and pushes fulfillment back to TikTok Shop. It can also push products and inventory, so listings, stock, and shipping stay in sync on both sides. One connection covers one authorized shop.
Prerequisites#
- A TikTok Shop seller account with a shop you can authorize for this connection.
- Access to TikTok Shop Partner Center, with permission to open App management and copy the App Key and App Secret.
- If you will sync inventory, the Warehouse ID of the TikTok Shop warehouse that should receive inventory pushes — you copy it in Partner Center → Logistics → Warehouses. Without it, inventory pushes are rejected.
Get your credentials#
- Go to TikTok Shop Partner Center → App management and copy the App Key.
- On the same page, copy the App Secret. Save it somewhere safe right away — do not paste the App Key into the App Secret field, or the other way around.
- Authorize the shop you want to connect and get the access token for that shop. The token belongs to the authorized shop — if you later authorize a different shop, get a fresh token for that shop.
- Only if you will sync inventory: go to Partner Center → Logistics → Warehouses and copy the Warehouse ID of the warehouse that should receive inventory pushes.
Fill it into Integration#
- Open Integration → Connector Marketplace → TikTok Shop → New connection.
- App Key — required: paste the App Key you copied from TikTok Shop Partner Center → App management.
- App Secret — required: paste the App Secret from the same page. It is a secret field: encrypted at rest and never echoed back.
- Access token: paste the access token obtained after authorizing the shop. It is a secret field: encrypted at rest and never echoed back. If the token expires, re-authorize the shop and paste the new token here.
- Warehouse ID — optional for orders, required for inventory sync: paste the warehouse ID copied from Partner Center → Logistics → Warehouses. Inventory pushes go to this warehouse; without it, inventory pushes are rejected so stock is not written to the wrong warehouse.
Test the connection#
Click Test connection. The test checks the App Key, App Secret, and access token against TikTok Shop for the authorized shop — a pass means the credentials and the shop authorization match. If it fails, note the error and check the FAQ below before changing anything else.
Mapping / pick a template#
Pick the TikTok Shop standard template. It maps order number, line SKUs, quantities, ship-to address, and fulfillment status between TikTok Shop and the standard order. Check the mapping preview with one real order before activating — especially that every TikTok Shop SKU is paired to the right OMS product, because products and inventory are pushed back through the same pairing.
Activate#
After activation, Integration pulls new orders on the schedule you set, and pushes fulfillment with tracking numbers, plus product and inventory updates, back to TikTok Shop. Watch the first few orders in Runs / Logs before trusting it unattended.
FAQ#
Test fails: App Key or App Secret is wrong
TikTok Shop rejected the app credentials. The most common causes are that the App Key and App Secret were swapped, or one of them was copied incompletely or with an extra space, so the pair does not match the app in Partner Center.
Go back to TikTok Shop Partner Center → App management, copy the App Key into the App Key field and the App Secret into the App Secret field exactly as shown, save, and test again.
It worked before, now the test fails or sync stops
The access token has expired. The token is issued when you authorize the shop and does not stay valid forever, so calls for that shop are rejected once it lapses.
Re-authorize the same shop to get a fresh access token, paste the new token into the Access token field, save, and test again. Do not reuse the old token.
Orders or inventory go to the wrong shop or warehouse
An identifier for the shop or warehouse does not match the shop you authorized: the access token was obtained by authorizing a different shop, or the Warehouse ID was copied from a different warehouse, so TikTok Shop cannot match the data to the right shop or warehouse — and inventory pushes may be rejected.
Check the pair together: re-authorize the shop you actually want to connect and paste its new token, and re-copy the Warehouse ID from Partner Center → Logistics → Warehouses for that same shop. Save and test again, then run one pull or inventory push and confirm it lands on the right shop and warehouse.
Connected but no orders are pulled in
The connection itself is fine — the test passes — but the authorized TikTok Shop has no new orders yet, so there is nothing to pull.
Place a test order in that TikTok Shop (or wait for the next customer order), then run a manual pull and check Runs / Logs. New orders appear once TikTok Shop has issued them.
