Admin: the tenant control center

Dashboards, app enablement, AI usage controls, the print center, and scheduled-job logs — the admin side of your tenant.

Admin is the tenant-side control center (not the platform Ops console): dashboards, subscription and billing, resource usage, which apps are enabled, AI usage controls, the print center, and scheduled-job run logs.

What lives here#

• Dashboard: KPI cards, subscription & billing, resource usage, trends and alerts.
• App enablement: turn tenant apps on/off (Admin itself is locked on); disabled apps are filtered from the switcher and blocked on direct access.
• AI usage: per-app AI switches and token usage by app; AI token packages are purchased as add-ons.
• Print center: the print job queue (cancel queued, reprint failed) and printer/device management with online status and hub pairing.
• Scheduled jobs: run logs for the platform cron tasks (ABC analysis, term sweep, sequence runner…).

Permissions note#

Fine-grained role permissions are currently switched off platform-wide (login + organization membership still enforced) and will be configured uniformly once all features are complete. Export is a separate permission point: without it, export buttons are hidden, not greyed out.
