Suite pricing guide: seats + business volume, add-ons, upgrades and overages

Last updated 2026-10-16

How every suite is priced (two dimensions: seats + business volume), what add-ons do, how upgrades and downgrades work, and what happens when you exceed your tier.

Every Docklify suite is priced on two dimensions — not one. This is deliberate: pure per-seat pricing punishes warehouses with many low-cost floor workers, and pure volume pricing lets giant customers squeeze the price down. Two dials keep it fair for both sides.

The two dimensions#

  • Seats (users) — managers and office staff count per head. Floor staff using only the phone app are typically bundled at a lower tier.
  • Business volume — whichever matches the suite: order volume (commerce), client count (3PL), vehicle count (transportation). Tiered, so unit cost falls as you grow.

Which volume dial per suite#

Add-ons: buy only what you need#

  • Customs — a customs broker with no trucks buys just this, no suite required.
  • Academy — training courses, exams and certificates per role.
  • Agent Crew — digital staff on top of any suite.
  • Analytics Pro — advanced cross-app analytics and executive dashboards.

Upgrades and downgrades#

  • Upgrade any time — new apps unlock immediately; billing adjusts from the upgrade date (prorated).
  • Downgrade at renewal — suite changes take effect at the next billing cycle so in-flight work is never cut off mid-month.
  • Nothing is lost — orders, inventory, clients, users and history carry over on every change.

What if I exceed my tier?#

Going over never stops your business. When you exceed a tier — more orders, more clients, more vehicles, more seats — you get an overage notice first, then the next cycle moves you to the matching tier automatically. No surprise shutdowns, no hidden fees: the tier table is published and the notice shows the math.
