Returns dashboard: how returns are really doing

Last updated 2026-10-15

Open RMAs, returns waiting for QC, and what got done in the last 30 days — plus a bar chart of return reasons and the disposition mix. One page to answer "how bad is it, and why?"

Open RMS → "RMS dashboard" (退货总览). The top row is three headline numbers. Below that: a bar chart of why returns come back, a card for what happens to the goods, and the latest RMAs table.

The three headline numbers#

  • Open RMAs (未结退货单): every return still in flight — requested, authorized, in transit, received, inspecting, disposition. This is your backlog.
  • Awaiting QC (待质检): returns sitting at the dock waiting for someone to check them (received + inspecting). If this number grows, QC is the bottleneck.
  • Completed in the last 30 days (30 天内办结): finished returns created in the last 30 days. Pair it with Open RMAs — are you draining the backlog or filling it?

Why returns come back#

  • The "By return reason" (按退货原因) card is a horizontal bar chart of the top 8 reasons. Reason names come from your reason codes table (RMS → Settings → "Reason codes").
  • No data yet? The chart shows "—". Reasons appear as RMAs are created — give it a week of real traffic.
  • Use it in the weekly ops review: if one reason suddenly spikes, that’s the problem to chase this week.

What happens to the goods#

  • The "By disposition" (按处置方式) card lists the five ways returned goods leave the system: Restock (重新上架), Refurbish (翻新), Dispose (报废), Return to vendor (退回供应商), Donate (捐赠).
  • Disposition is decided per line on the RMA detail page — open any RMA to see what each line got. The dashboard card shows the vocabulary; the detail page shows the numbers.

The latest RMAs#

  • The bottom table lists the 10 newest RMAs: RMA no., status, reason, description, created time. Click a row for the full detail.
Make it a morning habit: glance at Awaiting QC first. Anything sitting there more than a day is money sleeping on the dock — QC first, everything else second.
