Connect AliExpress: pull orders in, push fulfillment out
Copy the gateway URL, App Key and App Secret from your AliExpress App console, get the OAuth Session for your seller account, paste them into Integration, test, map, activate — orders flow in and fulfillment flows back.
The AliExpress connector pulls orders from your AliExpress seller store into OMS, and pushes fulfillment back to AliExpress. It can also push products and inventory, so listings, stock and shipping stay in sync on both sides. One connection is for one seller store.
Prerequisites#
- An AliExpress seller account with a store you can sell and ship from.
- An App in the AliExpress App console, with access to open that App and copy its values.
- The seller account holder can complete the AliExpress OAuth authorization flow to get the Session (access token).
Get your credentials#
- Open the AliExpress App console → your App, and copy the TOP gateway URL shown there exactly as displayed. Do not type a gateway from memory — the address is not hardcoded, so copy the exact gateway shown in the console.
- On the same App, copy the App Key.
- On the same page, copy the App Secret. It is used for request signing — save it somewhere safe.
- Complete the AliExpress OAuth authorization flow for your seller account and get the Session (access token) for that account.
Fill it into Integration#
- Open Integration → Connector Marketplace → AliExpress → New connection.
- API gateway URL — required: paste the TOP gateway URL you copied from your AliExpress App console, exactly as shown there (example: https://…).
- App Key — required: paste the App Key from AliExpress App console → your App.
- App Secret — required: paste the App Secret from the same page. It is used for request signing, is never logged and is never returned to the frontend.
- Session (access token) — required: paste the OAuth session / access token for your seller account, from the AliExpress OAuth authorization flow.
Test the connection#
Click Test connection. The test checks the gateway URL, signs a request with your App Key and App Secret, and checks that the Session is accepted for your seller account. A pass means all four values belong together. If it fails, note the error shown and check the FAQ below before changing anything else.
Mapping / pick a template#
Pick the AliExpress standard template. It maps order number, line SKUs, quantities, ship-to address, and fulfillment status. Check the mapping preview with one real order before activating — especially that every AliExpress SKU is paired to an OMS product, so product and inventory pushes line up on both sides.
Activate#
After activation, Integration pulls new orders on the schedule you set, pushes fulfillment with tracking numbers back to AliExpress, and pushes product and inventory changes. Watch the first few orders in Runs / Logs before trusting it unattended.
FAQ#
Test fails: App Key or App Secret is wrong
In plain terms, AliExpress cannot verify who is calling: the App Key and App Secret you pasted do not match the App in the console — most often one of them was copied incompletely, with an extra space, or the two values were swapped — so the signed request is rejected.
Go back to AliExpress App console → your App, copy the App Key into App Key and the App Secret into App Secret exactly as shown on that same page, check the gateway URL is also copied exactly from the console, then test again.
Authorization expired: the Session no longer works
In plain terms, the Session is only the permission slip from the last OAuth authorization, and that slip has expired. The App Key and App Secret can still be correct — without a valid Session, AliExpress will not let the connection act for your seller account, so tests and pulls fail.
Authorize again: complete the AliExpress OAuth authorization flow for your seller account once more, get a fresh Session (access token), paste the new value into Session (access token) in the connection, save, and test again.
Connected but no orders are pulled in
In plain terms, the connection itself is fine — your store simply has no new orders in the pull range yet, so there is nothing to import. This is different from an auth failure: the test passes, only the order list comes back empty.
Place a test order in your AliExpress seller store, check that its time falls inside the pull range, then run a manual pull and confirm the order appears in the preview or in Runs / Logs.
