Mobile receiving: take returns in on the dock with a phone

Scan or type the RMA number, check the expected vs. received quantities line by line, tap one big Receive button. Big buttons, one column, works with gloves on.
Mobile receiving is the dock worker’s screen: no desktop tables, no tiny checkboxes. One RMA at a time, one column, big touch targets. Open it on any phone browser — nothing to install.
Take in a return in 5 steps#
- Open RMS → "Mobile receiving" (手机收货). The search box is focused — the keyboard (or scanner) is ready.
- Scan or type the RMA number (e.g. RMA-2026-0001), then tap "Find" (查找) — or just press Enter.
- Only receivable RMAs show up: authorized, label issued, or in transit. Anything else gets "RMA not found or not receivable" (找不到退货单或不可收货).
- Each line shows the product with Expected (应收), Received (已收) and Remaining (剩余). The qty box is pre-filled with the remaining — most receipts are full. Adjust per line with "Qty received" (收货数量, 0 to remaining), or tap "All" (全部) to take everything.
- Tap the big "Receive" (收货) button. You get "Received" (收货成功) and the screen resets for the next RMA.
Why it’s fast#
- The qty box defaults to the remaining — for a full receipt you touch nothing but Receive.
- You can’t type more than the remaining — the box caps at what’s still open, so over-receiving can’t happen.
- Partial receipts are fine: take what arrived today, the rest stays open for the next truck.
- Zero qty lines are skipped — you don’t have to zero out lines by hand.
Scan the RMA label barcode straight into the search box — most USB/Bluetooth scanners type the number and hit Enter for you, so receiving is two touches: scan, then Receive.
Photo evidence is not in this version yet — the plan is in the code comments, but the current screen only takes the RMA number and quantities. If you need photos today, take them with the phone camera and attach them to the RMA later. RMAs outside authorized / label issued / in transit can’t be received from this screen.
