Wave Monitor: add orders, remove orders, track progress
Add a rush order into a running wave, pull back an order that has not started picking, find waves fast, and set up multi-group order selection on templates.
Open WMS → Wave Release → Wave Monitor. Each row is one released wave: wave number, which template it came from, pick progress (picked / total), how many pick tasks are still in progress, and its status.
Find a wave fast#
The search box at the top filters by wave number or template name. It waits 300ms after you stop typing before filtering, so the list does not flicker while you type.
Add orders to a running wave#
- In the wave detail, click "+ Add Orders". A dialog lists only the orders that qualify: same client, same warehouse, not allocated yet, and not already in another wave.
- Tick the orders you need and confirm — they join the running wave immediately.
- After adding, the dialog offers "Generate pick tasks": it generates pick tasks with this wave’s pick method, so the new orders get picked in the same trip.

Remove an order#
- In the wave detail, find the order and click Remove. Removed orders go back to the order pool and can join a later wave.
- Only orders that have not started picking can be removed. Orders already being picked are locked — the button is disabled and tells you why.
Multi-group order selection on templates#
In a Wave Template, Order Selection supports multiple filter groups combined with AND / OR. Example: "orders of client A due today" OR "all urgent orders" — add groups freely; conditions inside one group are AND, and you choose AND or OR between groups.
- Old templates that still carry merchant_id keep working: the form reads both client_id and merchant_id (legacy key) and always writes client_id, so nothing breaks after the rename.

Advanced settings (collapsed)#
Legacy fields from old templates that are not part of the new six-module layout live in the collapsed "Advanced" section. You can still view and edit them there — they keep working as before.
