Commerce Pro is the step up for sellers who outgrow Starter: you now have your own warehouse, and people who receive, put away, pick, pack and ship. It adds the full warehouse system, a phone app for the floor staff, plus CRM and purchasing — the whole "my goods, my warehouse, my customers" loop.
