Admin dashboard: one screen for the whole company

Last updated 2026-10-14

KPI cards, subscription & billing, resource usage and 30-day trends — where to read each, and what to do when a quota runs low.

The dashboard is the first screen you see when you open Admin: how the company is doing today, how much of your plan and quotas are left, and whether anything needs attention. Check it once a day — it takes a minute.

Only Owner and Admin roles can open this page. Other employees will not see the Admin menu at all.

1. KPI cards#

  • Merchants: how many merchant accounts your tenant has — a quick pulse of the company.
  • Drivers: how many drivers are active.
  • Warehouses: how many warehouses are set up.
  • Today’s orders: today’s order volume across all apps.

2. Subscription & billing#

Current plan, its price, the billing date and the account status. If a payment fails or the plan is about to expire, you will see it here first.

3. Resource usage#

Three quota cards — SMS, storage and AI tokens — each with a progress bar, details, and an expandable add-on section. These quotas are shared by all apps in your tenant.

Running low on a quota? Buy an add-on package in the expanded section before it hits zero — SMS packages, storage packages and AI token packages are sold separately.

Usage trends for the last 30 days help you spot creeping growth (a quiet driver that starts burning SMS fast), and system alerts flag things that already went wrong.
