INV-01 Stock Status Report
On-hand quantity by client, warehouse and SKU at a point in time.
This report shows how much stock you have on hand right now, grouped by client, warehouse and SKU. It uses real-time data, so the numbers reflect stock as it stands when you run it.
What this report is for#
Use it for a quick overall check: which client has how much of which SKU in which warehouse. It is the starting point when a client asks what is in stock, or when you want to check the totals before looking at locations or lots in detail.
How the numbers are counted#
This report counts the inventory detail rows that are currently in stock, grouped by client, warehouse and SKU. Quantity On Hand is the on-hand quantity at licence-plate level, added up for each group. Allocated quantity is not shown in this report — to see how much is already allocated, use INV-03 Inventory by Lot, or check the daily snapshot.
Dimensions and filters#
- Client — who owns the goods
- Warehouse — which warehouse holds the stock
- SKU / Item — the product
- Quantity On Hand — total on-hand quantity for the group
- Detail Rows — how many detail rows make up the group
- Filters you can set: Warehouse, Client
How to read it#
Each row is one client, one warehouse and one SKU, with the total quantity on hand for that combination. Set the Warehouse or Client filter first to narrow the list, then read across the row. If a total looks wrong, remember this report does not subtract allocated quantity — check INV-03 for the allocated part before you judge what is free to use.
Typical uses#
- Answer a client who asks how much stock is on hand right now
- Check totals for one warehouse before a stock review
- Compare the same SKU across warehouses
