Your Scorecard and Appointment Export

Dernière mise à jour 2026-10-31

Your carrier scorecard shows your own record across all warehouses and per warehouse — appointments, completions, on-time and no-show rates — and you can export your appointments as a CSV.

The “Scorecard & export” page in the carrier portal is your own record, kept in the open: how many appointments your company booked, how many were completed, and how often your trucks arrived on time or did not show up. Everything on this page is your company’s data only — no other carrier’s numbers are ever mixed in.

Across all warehouses: your totals#

The top of the page sums up your record across every warehouse you work with, in one set of numbers:

  • Appointments — how many appointments your company has on record.
  • Completed — how many of those appointments were completed.
  • On-time rate — the share that arrived on time.
  • No-show rate — the share that never showed up.

Per warehouse: where you run well, and where you do not#

Below the totals, the per-warehouse table repeats the same four measures for each warehouse separately. Read it row by row to see where your operation runs smoothly and where it does not — for example, a strong on-time rate at one facility and repeated no-shows at another usually point to something specific to fix on that route, not to your record as a whole.

How your scorecard builds up — and why it matters#

Your scorecard is built from your completed appointments, so it grows as you complete more of them. If your company has not completed an appointment yet, the scorecard is empty — that is expected, not an error. The more appointments you complete, the more the rates reflect how you actually run.

When a warehouse reviews an appointment for confirmation, it can refer to the carrier’s past record, such as on-time and no-show history. The scorecard you see here is that same record — there is no separate, hidden version. Keeping to your appointment times, and cancelling ahead of time instead of simply not showing up, directly improves the record on this page.

The fastest way to protect your on-time and no-show rates is also the simplest: if a truck cannot make its slot, cancel or ask to move the appointment before the time passes, rather than letting it lapse into a no-show.

The trust tier at the top of this page#

The badge at the top of the scorecard is your company’s trust tier: New, Verified or Established. Tiers above New appear once your company has at least 2 warehouse relationships and 10 completed appointments — a new company starts at New simply because its record is still thin, and the tier rises on its own as the record grows. Verifying your company is a separate step that also lifts the unverified booking limit; the article about your company profile and verification in this Help Center walks through both.

Export your appointments#

  1. On the same “Scorecard & export” page, find “Export my appointments”.
  2. Set the From and To dates for the period you want.
  3. Click “Download CSV” and open the file — it contains your own appointments for that period.

One scope note: dwell and detention times are not part of the scorecard or the export for now, so the file will not show how long vehicles stayed on site.
