Three Ways to See Your Day: List, Calendar, Dock Board
The Appointments page shows the same bookings in a working List, a read-only Calendar and a read-only Dock board — pick the view that fits the moment.
At the top of the Appointments page in your warehouse console, a three-way switch lets you look at the same appointments as a List, a Calendar or a Dock board. The three views do not keep separate copies of your data: any status you see in one view is the same status in the others, from the same live source. What changes is only how the day is laid out — and what you can do in that view.
Switch between the three views#
- Open Appointments in your warehouse console.
- Use the view switch at the top of the page: List, Calendar or Dock board.
- Switch back at any time — you stay on the same appointments and the same day, only the layout changes.
List: where you do the work#
List is the default view, and it is the working view. Every action on an appointment happens here:
- Confirm an appointment.
- Propose a different time when the requested time does not work.
- Decline an appointment.
- Open an appointment and follow its timeline.
- Handle the waitlist queue for the day.
Calendar and Dock board: read-only views for planning and the floor#
Calendar lays the day out by door and time, so you can see at a glance which door has whom in which slot. It suits the morning huddle, shift planning and spotting a free gap, and it can switch between day and week views. Dock board shows the current state of each door — occupied, free, and who is next — and is made to stay open on a big screen on the floor or at the duty desk. In both views, clicking a booking opens its detail as a read-only panel.
On your phone#
On a phone you can open Calendar and Dock board to check the day, just as on a computer. For actual work — confirming, proposing a new time, declining or handling the waitlist — go to List and handle appointments one by one there.
