Invite Carriers in Bulk
Bring the carriers you already work with onto Yardor in one batch — build the list, check every match, and track who joins.
The Invite carriers page in your warehouse console is where you invite the carriers you already work with to join Yardor in bulk, so appointments and updates for everyone sit in one place instead of scattered across calls and messages.
Build your list from three sources#
- Open Invite carriers in your warehouse console and start a new list.
- From the directory: search the Yardor directory by company name or DOT number, and add the carriers you work with.
- Existing relationships: pick from the carriers already connected with your warehouse, and invite the ones who are not on Yardor yet.
- Import a list: paste your list, or upload a CSV file with these columns — name, usdot, mc, scac, email, phone, state.
Check the list before sending#
Nothing is sent until you run Check the list. This matching check goes through every row, shows how each name was matched, and flags the rows that need your attention first.
- On Yardor — this carrier is already on the platform.
- Directory listing, not joined yet — a basic listing collected from public records exists, but the carrier has not joined.
- New carrier — no match anywhere; this carrier would be new to Yardor.
- Already connected — already linked with your warehouse, so the invite is skipped.
- No email or phone — cannot invite: add a contact first, or leave this row out.
- Unsubscribed — will not be sent: this carrier opted out, so nothing goes to them.
- Duplicate — the same carrier appears more than once in this list; only one invite is kept.
- Match not certain — open the row and tap Confirm match to confirm it yourself before anything is sent to that carrier.
Confirm and create the invite batch#
- Tick the confirmation that these are all carriers you already work with. Invites may only go to existing partners, and this confirmation is recorded with the batch.
- Look once more at the status line at the top of the page, then tap Create invite batch.
- Read the result summary: anything that could not go out is reported item by item — for example, how many rows had no contact details and how many duplicates were skipped — so you can fix the list and invite the rest later.
If the monthly free quota for text-message invites runs out, further text invites wait in line, or you can upgrade to send them right away; what the page shows at the top — used and limit for this month — is the number to watch. Each warehouse has its own monthly free quota, separate from the others.
Track batches and share your gate QR code#
Every batch appears on the Invite batches board with its current state: Waiting, Needs confirmation, Sent, Opened, Joined, Expired, Unsubscribed, Failed, or Held by rate limit. Open a batch to see where each invite stands.
- Resend waiting invites: use this on a batch to nudge the carriers who have not answered yet.
- Automatic reminders: an invite that gets no answer is reminded on day 3 and again on day 7 — twice at most, and then it stops on its own.
The same page also shows Your gate QR code. It appears once you have claimed your directory listing. Print it and post it at your dock door: drivers scan it to open your warehouse page and book an appointment. If you would rather send the link, use Copy link on the same panel.
