Your Facility Page and Arrival Guide

Dernière mise à jour 2026-10-31

After claiming, your facility profile is your public page: contacts, hours, services, brand images, publishing and the arrival guide drivers read before they come.

Open Facility profile & publishing in your warehouse console. After you claim your warehouse, this page is your public face on Yardor — what you save here is what your public page shows.

Contact details, hours and what you offer#

  • Public email — the email address visitors and carriers can reach you at from your public page.
  • Public phone — the phone number shown on your public page.
  • Website — a link to your own site.
  • Operating hours — your hours as plain text, for example Mon–Fri 07:00–17:00. Write them the way a driver would read them at the gate.
  • Introduction — a short introduction to your facility: what you handle and what kind of site it is.
  • Services — the services you offer, separated by commas.
  • Equipment — the equipment on site, separated by commas.
Keep this page current: after you save, the public page updates with what you saved — there is no separate publishing step for these fields.

Decide what is published, and add your brand images#

  • Published on the public directory — with this switch on, your edited profile is what the directory shows. Turn it off and your listing falls back to the basic directory information collected from public sources.
  • Logo image URL — paste the link to your logo image.
  • Photo URLs — paste links to photos of your facility. Your own images are shown first, ahead of any images collected from your website.

For now, brand images are added by pasting an image link — that is what the page itself explains, and there is no upload step to look for.

Write the arrival guide#

The Arrival guide section sits on the same page. Fill in what a driver needs before they reach your gate:

  • Arrival instructions — how to get in and where to go, for example: enter through Gate B on Hazel St, give your appointment number at the guard post, and wait in the staging lane until your door is called.
  • PPE requirements — the safety gear drivers must have, such as a hi-vis vest, steel-toe shoes and a hard hat in the yard.
  • Driver amenities — what drivers can use while they wait, such as a rest area, restrooms, overnight parking and vending machines.
  • Yard map image URL — paste a link to an image of your yard map, so drivers can see the layout before they arrive.
You do not have to fill in all four fields — but if all four are left empty, no arrival guide appears anywhere. Even one filled field is worth publishing.

Where drivers and carriers see it#

  • On your public warehouse page, where a carrier finds you in the directory.
  • On the carrier’s appointment detail for a booking at your facility.
  • On the driver check-in page on the day.
  • Linked directly from the confirmation email for the appointment.

Carriers read the same guide from their side: “How booking an appointment works” covers it in Arrival guide: read it before you come. This article is the warehouse side — how you publish it.
