Correct or Remove a Directory Listing
Wrong phone number, old address, or a listing that should not be there? Submit a correction or a takedown request from the facility page — no account needed.
Yardor directory listings are compiled from public sources, so mistakes can happen: an outdated phone number, a former address, a facility that has closed. You do not need an account to fix this — every facility page has a correction entry, and the facility’s operator can also ask for the listing to be taken down.
Submit a correction#
- Open the facility page in the directory (yardor.com → Warehouses → your facility).
- Click “Report an error / Request a correction” at the bottom of the page.
- Tell us what is wrong and what it should be — for example, “Public phone is outdated; the correct number is …”. Leave your name and email: we may need to confirm the change with you, and we reply to that address when it is done.
- Submit. You will see a reference number — keep it if you want to follow up.
Request a takedown (remove the listing)#
- Use the same entry on the facility page and choose “Request removal” as the request type.
- Explain your relationship to the facility (for example, you operate it, or it has permanently closed) and leave a contact email we can verify with.
- We verify the request before removing anything — this protects operators from having a competitor remove their listing.
What happens next, and how long it takes#
- Every submission is reviewed by a person, in the order received. Straightforward corrections (a wrong phone number or address) are applied as soon as the correct value is verified.
- Takedown requests take one extra step — verifying that the requester is connected to the facility — before the listing comes down.
- We reply to the contact email you left when your request is done. If you hear nothing and it is urgent — for example, drivers keep calling a wrong number — contact Yardor support through the Help Center and quote your reference number.
