Company Profile and Verification

Dernière mise à jour 2026-10-31

Keep your public carrier profile current, finish verification, understand your trust tier and the unverified booking quota.

The “Company profile & verification” page on the carrier side is where your public carrier profile, your verification progress and your trust tier live. If you have not claimed or registered your company yet, start with “Register Your Carrier Company” — this article picks up once the company is yours to manage. Verification is worth finishing: it lifts the booking quota described below and shows warehouses a verified badge on your company.

How verification works#

  1. Open the Verification section and check the profile details, then choose “Submit verification”.
  2. We email a verification code to the address on the listing. Enter it in the “Verification code” field and choose “Confirm code” to finish.
  3. Some submissions go to manual review by our team instead of finishing with the code. The page will say your submission is with our team for manual review; while you wait, you can keep using the portal under the unverified quota below.

Your current verification status is shown on the same page, and “Verification history” lists what has happened so far. One thing to know before you edit: changing the USDOT or MC number on a verified company reopens verification review, so plan identity changes for a quiet moment.

The unverified booking quota#

Until your company is verified, an “Unverified booking quota” applies: you can hold at most 3 open bookings at a time, and each one needs individual warehouse confirmation. The page shows how many open booking slots you have left. This is a standing rule for unverified companies, not a penalty on your record.

If a new booking will not go through, check the slots left on this page first. If all 3 slots are in use, that is the quota at work, not a fault: finish or cancel an open booking to free a slot, or finish verification to lift the quota altogether.

Your trust tier#

  • New — where every company starts.
  • Verified — your company has finished verification.
  • Established — the top tier, earned with a longer track record.

A tier above New appears only when both of these hold at once: your company has relationships with at least 2 warehouses, and at least 10 completed appointments. You do not apply for the tier — it follows from your record. The same tier badge also shows at the top of your scorecard; see “Your Scorecard and Appointment Export” for what else that page tracks.

If you disagree with a verification outcome#

Use “File appeal” on this page. In the appeal field, say why the case should be reviewed again and include any document references that support it. Once you file, the verification goes back into review, and the outcome is recorded in your verification history on the same page.
