Reports: How Your Dock Performed

Última atualização 2026-10-31

See how your dock performed in any period you choose: appointment counts, on-time and cancellation rates, door utilization, and a CSV export of the appointment detail.

The Reports page in your warehouse console sums up how your dock actually ran over a period you choose — how many appointments came in, how many were completed, and how often things arrived on time, ran late, were cancelled, or did not show up at all. Use it to review a busy stretch, compare one period with the next, or check whether a change at the dock is working.

Choose a period and read the headline numbers#

  1. Open “Reports” in your warehouse console.
  2. Set the From and To dates for the period you want to review. One report period can cover at most 92 days.
  3. Click “Apply”. Every number and table on the page now covers that period only.
  • Appointments — how many appointments fall in the period.
  • Completed — how many of those appointments were completed.
  • On-time rate — the share that arrived on time.
  • Late rate — the share that arrived late.
  • Cancellation rate — the share that was cancelled.
  • No-show rate — the share that never showed up.
  • Avg. cancellation notice — on average, how many hours ahead appointments were cancelled. The next section explains exactly which cancellations count toward this number.

What the average cancellation notice counts — and what it leaves out#

This average only includes cancelled appointments where the system has a recorded cancellation time. Cancellations from earlier periods were made before that moment was recorded, so they have no cancellation time on file and are left out of the average rather than guessed at.

If not a single cancellation in your period has a recorded cancellation time, this number shows as “—” instead of a guessed figure. As soon as even one cancellation has its time on record, the average is worked out from the recorded ones.

Door utilization and the CSV export#

Below the headline numbers, the Door utilization table breaks the same period down door by door. For each door it shows Appointments (how many appointments that door handled), Booked (the time booked), Open (the time the door was open for appointments), and Utilization (how much of the open time was booked). Use it to spot doors that carry most of the load and doors that sit idle, before you change opening hours or door assignments.

  1. Set the From and To dates and click “Apply”, as above.
  2. Click “Download CSV”.
  3. Open the downloaded file to see the appointment detail for the selected period, one appointment per row.

What is not in these reports yet#

Dwell and detention times are not included in these reports yet. They will only be added once departure records are complete enough to support them, so for now the reports do not show how long vehicles stayed on site. If a period has no appointments, the report is simply empty — pick a different period and apply again.

You will also see an auto-approval spot-check area below the reports. That belongs to a separate feature and is covered in “Auto-Approval” — this article does not repeat it here.
