Reschedule an Appointment, or Join the Waitlist

Plans changed? Move your appointment to a new time in one step. The day you want is full? Join the waitlist and we hold the first opening for you.

Things change on the road. On Yardor you can move your own appointment to a different time without calling the warehouse, and when the day you need is fully booked you can wait in line for the first opening instead of refreshing the page.

Reschedule in one step#

1. Open “My appointments” on the carrier side and open the appointment you want to move.
2. In the Reschedule section, pick the new date and then one of the offered time slots.
3. Tap “Move to this time”. If the slot is open under the warehouse’s rules, the appointment moves right away and the warehouse is notified — the appointment number stays the same.

If the time you want is not offered — for example it needs the warehouse to arrange a special dock — the page will tell you why and point you to the usual way: accept the warehouse’s proposal, or resubmit a new requested time from the same appointment card.

Some warehouses also limit online rescheduling itself: a few do not take online changes at all, and others ask for changes at least a set number of hours before the appointment starts. When that applies, the Reschedule section says so up front instead of letting you pick a slot that cannot be used — you can still resubmit a new requested time, or contact the warehouse to agree on one.

Join the waitlist when the day is full#

1. Start a booking as usual and pick the warehouse, load type and date. When every slot that day is taken, a waitlist card appears — tap “Join the waitlist”.
2. When someone cancels or moves and a slot opens, Yardor holds it for the first matching carrier in line and emails them. Your held slot and its deadline show under “My waitlist” on the appointments page.
3. Tap “Confirm & book” before the deadline to turn the held slot into a real appointment. If the deadline passes, the slot goes to the next carrier in line and your place stays on the list for the next opening.
4. Changed your mind? Tap “Leave” on the waitlist entry to step out of line.

Warehouses can see their waitlist for the day on their appointments page, so they know who is waiting if they can open extra capacity.
