I don’t understand a charge on my 3PL invoice

Open the invoice, check the charge lines and billing units, then dispute with your invoice number ready.

Every invoice breaks down into charge lines (storage, handling, value-added services) with quantities and rates. Most surprises come from the billing unit of a product or from storage tiers — both are shown on the invoice.

1. Open the invoice and expand the charge lines to see quantities, billing units, and rates per line.
2. Check the product’s billing UOM on its product page — that unit is what handling charges are based on.
3. Still unclear? Contact your customer success manager with the invoice number and the specific charge line.
