My label won’t print / the barcode label is missing the barcode

Check the Print Center queue, the printer’s online status, and reprint failed jobs.
Labels print through the Print Center queue: WMS submits a print job, and Device Hub on the warehouse PC picks it up and prints. A missing label almost always means the job failed or the printer is offline — both are visible in Print Center.
- Open Print Center → print queue and find your job. If it is failed, read the failure reason, fix the cause, then reprint it from the queue.
- Check the printer’s status in Print Center → print devices. If it shows offline, make sure Device Hub is running on the warehouse PC and the printer is powered on and connected.
- Pallet labels must show a real LPN barcode (CODE128), not just the LPN as text. If the barcode is missing from the label layout, contact support with the label template name.
A job stuck in “queued” for more than a few minutes usually means Device Hub lost its connection — see the Device Hub printer FAQ for the heartbeat check.
