Orders Flow In Automatically#

Once OMS is connected to your store channels, every customer order is pulled into the system automatically — no manual entry, no missed orders. After approval, orders are pushed straight to WMS to generate picking tasks.

Fast Picking & Packing#

1. One picking task per order: each order gets its own picking task, so orders never interfere with each other.
2. Pick in location sequence on mobile: pickers follow the optimal route on their phone, placing picked items straight into a tote bound to its to-LPN.
3. Pack and verify: verify while packing each order, so mistakes are caught on the spot.

Print Labels & Ship#

• Label Flow printing: print carrier labels with the platform's discounted carrier accounts — no need to negotiate discounts yourself.
• Shipper rate override: shippers with their own negotiated carrier rates can override the platform default rates.
• Prepaid wallet: shipping fees are deducted from a prepaid wallet, with low-balance alerts so you never get stuck.
• Tracking write-back: tracking numbers are written back to the OMS order lines automatically, so customers can track their parcels.

Returns & Repeat Purchases#

For DTC brands, returns directly affect repeat purchases: create an RMA in OMS against the original order, inspect returned items, and put them back on the shelf with inventory restored in real time.
