The noon major batch (temp-worker trio, People Skills, multi-UOM, Location Group Mapping, tenant app toggles, cron run logs) plus the 14:30 and 16:34 batches (Documents 8 features, Admin AI controls, Admin App Dashboard).

New features#

• Temp-worker trio: bulk employee CSV import (template → upload validation → review → confirm); automatic termination when term_date expires (term-sweep cron releases the user account and writes an audit log); badge-scan punch (badge_token on employees, punch QR codes on the employee detail page, supervisor override mode). • People Ops Skills: warehouse personnel skill matrix (receiving/putaway/pick/pack/ship/load/count) with bulk checkbox selection and per-merchant scope. (migration 194)
• Multi-UOM + pallet configuration: per-product multi-unit conversion and pallet config (retailer dropdown, read-only product fields). (migration 195)
• Location Group Mapping: map location groups by warehouse/merchant/product attributes (temperature zone, fragile, high-value, hazmat, ABC); hard constraints block putaway, ABC soft preferences drive recommendation order. (migration 196)
• Tenant app toggles: the Admin app’s Organization page can enable/disable each app per tenant (all on by default; Admin is locked); the waffle menu filters and direct URL access is blocked with a prompt page. (migration 204)
• Admin AI controls: per-app AI switches on the ai-usage page (migration 203); Admin App Dashboard with KPI cards, subscription & billing, resource usage, and trend alerts.
• Unified cron run logs: the sys_cron_runs table (migration 198) with a helper every cron job uses; tenant “Scheduled Tasks” page in the Admin app and a platform-wide “Cron Monitoring” page in Ops. Usage-package tiers shipped too (SMS/Storage/AI Token, migrations 201–203) plus the CRON_SECRET.
• Documents 8 features: audit log, storage quota, share links, bulk operations, trash, duplicate detection, watermark. OCR full-text search ships dormant (migrations 205–207) — held back until a dedicated Linux server is available. (migration 210 also fixed portal login)

• 14:30 batch: Label Flow menu fix, Documents cut over to new tables, Tasks renamed to Task Query, RMS renamed to RMAs, loads renamed to Outbound Loads, unified page-title format, mobile 5 tabs, mobile Receive two-step + generic structure.
• 16:34 batch: People Ops Skills merchant configuration, Documents thumbnails + dashboard, 7 receiving points on receipts, 4 palletized points, receipts editable only from “new”, receipt detail tab, mobile login logo fix.
• Add Mapping “warehouse not bound” bug fixed (the popup now carries the page’s currently selected warehouse); the mapping page renamed to “Location Group Mapping”; the pallet config popup’s retailer field changed to a dropdown.
