Oct 11, 2026 Release: Picking Enhancements ×3 / Order Pick + Picking Cart / Receiving Rework

CRM/Integration/People/Attend batch, driver notification center, three rounds of mobile picking enhancements, the full order pick suite with Picking Cart, the receiving flow rework, and batch LPN generation.

New features#

• CRM / Integration / People / Attend batch (migrations 175/176/177): email sequences (12 APIs, template library, 15-minute runner), integration flows, People employee management, and Attend attendance P0 (13 tables, 29 APIs, 4 desktop pages + 3 mobile pages).
• Driver notification center (migration 179): the generic driver_notifications table with 4 APIs, auto-triggered on TMS/drayage assignment and cancellation, and a mobile notifications tab with unread badge. The official registration disclaimer page goes live too (migration 180) with a required checkbox on the final signup step.
• Full order pick suite: three “Create Order Pick Task” entries (wave released / order list batch / order detail), the unified Task Query center covering 7 task types, and Picking Cart (location_type “cart”, totes as LPNs, batch rows split back per tote). (migrations 187/188)
• Receiving flow rework: the old Receive + Build Pallet becomes a Receive dropdown with Palletized Receiving / Direct Receiving; direct mode gets a per-line received-qty popup with location and condition; differences must be confirmed; “Assign to Mobile” is renamed “Create Receive Task”; warehouse receiving mode becomes a three-way switch. • Batch LPN generation: a “Generate LPNs” button on the Pallets list page creates empty pallets on PICK-STAGE with the unified LPN- prefix (optional printing).

Fixes#

• Three rounds of mobile picking enhancements: product cards (thumbnail + name + SKU), suggested pallet LPN, PICK-STAGE quick switch, camera scanning (ZXing fallback for Safari), the new ScanModal + ScanField scan UX, and source validation based on the actually scanned location.
• Mobile direct receiving fixes (5): location dropdown selection, the label changed to “Receive to location”, auto-scroll-to-top on failure, fuzzy search of storage locations, and the location-type check fixed from “picking” to “pick”.
• Integration flow designer blank-screen bug fixed (backend now returns a flat FlowDetail); WMS receipt detail 5-second polling no longer flashes the loading state (silent polling); sidebar menu items made smaller with full names on hover.
• WMS→Purchase writeback changed to full recalculation (the old “write only difference rows” rule kept showing 0% progress on perfectly received POs); 3PL merchant statement prefix changed from BILL- to MINV-. (migration 173)

Known issues / pending#

• Batch order pick logic was judged incorrect and is paused; it will be revisited once order pick is fully working.
